Job Description:
- In this role you will be assisting with reviewing incoming correspondence and processing Conlan Reimbursement Claims for the Member community of Medi-Cal.

Role:
- Process Conlan Claims in accordance with existing Court Order Guidelines.
- Ensure all Member Reimbursement request letters, incomplete, approvals, and denials are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to release.
- Conduct Letter Review and Analysis for received correspondence.
- Generate acknowledgment and claim status letters to submitters-Correspondence.
- Maintain and submit weekly production inventory reports.
Requirements: - High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or medical related experience.
- Ability to follow stringent protocols for policy operations.
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
- Experience working with computer software and telephone technology and skilled in the use of help desk software.
Skills: - Business and analytical critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, especially regarding email communication.
- Ability to take on special projects as needed.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and other similar computer programs.
