We are seeking a Senior Kafka / Java Developer to support real-time data streaming initiatives. This role requires deep hands-on experience with the Confluent Kafka platform along with strong Java/Springboot development skills to build microservices, connectors, and streaming workflows.
The ideal candidate is not just familiar with Kafka but has actively built and operated event-driven systems at scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop Kafka producers, consumers, and stream-processing solutions.
Administer Kafka clusters, topics, brokers, consumer groups, and connectors.
Deploy and manage Kafka Connect integrations.
Configure Schema Registry, ACLs, RBAC, TLS, and platform security controls.
Develop custom connectors using Java and Spring Boot.
Build automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Deploy Kafka workloads to OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.
Monitor platform health using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
Support CDC integrations using Oracle GoldenGate and Debezium.
Drive platform standardization, automation, and self-service enablement.
