Kilpatrick, a large international law firm, is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for our Conflicts Team in our Dallas or Houston office. This position will be part of our team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff providing a high level of service to both internal and external clients. Our Conflicts Department supports every new client, new matter, and lateral hire that comes through the firm. The Conflicts Analyst is the administrative engine of that process - the individual who makes sure requests are received, logged, run, tracked, and returned accurately and on time. It is detail-driven, process-driven work, and it is what allows the firm to open business quickly and cleanly. Reporting to Conflicts Department leadership and working in support of the Conflicts Analyst team, attorneys, and firm administrative teams, the Conflicts Analyst performs day-to-day administrative and recordkeeping functions within the conflicts workflow. This is an important role focused on accurate execution of established procedures in support of the Conflicts Team and attorneys.

This is a full-time, regular position with a multi-faceted health benefit package including medical, dental, and vision. The firm offers hybrid work schedules combining in office work days as well as remote work days. The pay range for this position in Dallas or Houston only is $33.33 to $35.89 per hour.
