The Build Room Supervisor position manages inventory through databases/spreadsheets and maintains levels required on a daily basis to meet client, company, and technical staff needs. In addition to overseeing the PC configuration Team and other associate positions as required.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, shredders, laminators, and scanners. In addition, this role routinely uses shipping equipment such as dollies, scales, and packing essentials. Further, this role routinely uses tools such as screwdrivers, plyers, compressed air, and flashlights to interact with computer hardware.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time position. Hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but could require occasional deviations.
Occasional travel is expected for this position – primarily in-town or between our branch offices.
Qualifications:
Advanced understanding of desktop operating systems and various software applications. Advanced understanding of PC hardware, server hardware, and dedicated networking hardware.
Advanced understanding of Internet technologies and products.
At least Three years of technical work experience/equivalent education OR three-year of related inventory control work experience.
Three or more years of technical work experience or three years of related inventory control work experience.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., A+, Network+ and Security+).
