**Seeking a skilled Configuration Managers with an active ITIL certification and experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM CMDB capabilities. **
Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Intermediate or Expert certification preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing Configuration Management processes within an ITIL-based environment.
Proven experience supporting Configuration Management processes within a Microsoft Azure environment.
Strong working knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM.
Comprehensive understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks, particularly Configuration Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
Hands-on experience with CMDB platforms, including Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, with knowledge of CI class modeling, discovery tools, and CMDB administration.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience implementing and leveraging automation tools to support Configuration Management processes.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.
