Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Manages product revision control and maintains the authoritative configuration baseline.

• Designs and supports documentation-traceability workflows for manufacturing and engineering teams.

• Reviews, logs, categorizes, and tracks engineering changes against approved customer baselines.

• Analyzes Technical Data Packages and notifies impacted stakeholders of configuration impacts.

• Ensures CM and DM processes comply with contract, regulatory, and internal requirements.

• Leads change-management activities from concept through product sustainment.

• Produces clear and concise communications and documentation for mission-critical work.

• Mentors junior analysts and shares best practices within the team.

• Applies CM-related policies, procedures, and tools to configuration-baseline control.

• Interprets Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drawings for configuration management.

Requirements:

• Interim Secret clearance required to start.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Associate's degree with at least 10 years of Configuration Management-related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of professional experience.

• Experience with application of CM-related policies, procedures, and tools.

• Ability to understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drawings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

• Experience with ERP, SharePoint, Windchill, JIRA, and/or Confluence.

• Knowledge of Configuration Management Principles and Applications SAE EIA-649.

• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing or design.
