Configuration Management Analyst - Active TS/SCI Required

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Analyst to lead configuration management activities and maintain disciplined practices within a secure, fast-paced mission environment. The ideal candidate will take charge of the control, tracking, and integrity of system configurations while leading cross-functional teams. This critical role requires an active security clearance and a strong background in version control systems and configuration item tracking to support mission success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration management activities within secure and classified environments.
• Provide comprehensive systems engineering support and oversee technical documentation control.
• Maintain disciplined configuration management practices while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced mission environment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to advance project goals using excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Apply a strong understanding of configuration management tools, version control systems, and configuration item tracking methods to ensure system integrity.

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess an active and current TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must hold a Bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years of experience, a Master's degree or MBA with 0 to 2 years of experience, or possess 8 to 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must have demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
• Must possess familiarity with configuration management standards such as MIL-HDBK-61A, ISO/IEC CM frameworks, or CMMI-based processes.
• Must have hands-on experience with digital configuration management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ClearCase, Git-based tools, or similar platforms.
• Must possess native or bilingual proficiency in the English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred experience includes 5 to 10 years with a Bachelor's degree, 3 to 8 years with a Master's degree, or 0 to 5 years with a Ph.D.
