Description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.

• Ensure application of organizational Configuration Management processes to program in accordance with CM plan. • Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer requirements are met. • Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. • Provide Configuration Management support to the program. Monitor change process to ensure updates to the Technical Data Package are implemented in a timely manner. • Perform CM tasks that include release of CAD models, drawings, and software code, and non-CAD product data into enterprise PDM. Maintain software/drawings/part data and Bills of Materials in PDM. • Process software and drawing changes. • Support maintenance of CM logs, such as drawing number assignments and Variance tracking. • Generate metrics from Product Data Management tool • Facilitate Configuration Control Boards (CCB) and maintain meeting records. • Maintain the As Designed Bill of Materials (BOM). • Ensure the proper maintenance of Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) systems and prepare CSA reports. • Support the establishment and maintenance of the production baseline. • Support ISO, CMMI, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Quality and corporate audits.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) necessary to prepare metrics, presentations, reports and documents. Sense of urgency, ability to meet challenging deadlines, and attention to detail. Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Strong skills in interpersonal communications, relationship building, and in collaborating on cross-functional teams.
2 Years experience in Configuration Management or relevant discipline.
Associates degree with 4 Years experience in Configuration Management or relevant discipline
