    Location: West Palm Beach, FL
    Position Overview
    A well-established and growing civil engineering firm is conducting a confidential search for a Project Manager (Professional Engineer). This role focuses on managing civil engineering projects from design through permitting while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage civil engineering projects from concept through permitting
    • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure timely project delivery
    • Prepare and review design and construction plans
    • Perform quantity take-offs and technical analysis
    • Support permitting efforts and regulatory compliance
    • Conduct hydraulic network analysis
    • Assist with technical specification writing and interpretation
    • Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies
    • Support construction administration activities
    • Ensure quality control and project accuracy
    Project Exposure May Include
    • Land development projects
    • Retrofit and infill developments
    • Public sector infrastructure projects
    • Multi-disciplinary civil engineering assignments
    Qualifications
    • Florida Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required
    • 4–6+ years of civil engineering experience
    • Strong understanding of civil design and permitting processes
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
    • Experience with hydraulic network analysis
    • Experience in design and construction plan preparation
    • Experience with quantity take-offs and permitting requirements
    • Technical specification writing and interpretation
    • Construction management exposure preferred
    • Experience working with clients and regulatory agencies
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
