    Confidential Onsite Human Resources Coordinator

We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in recruiting, onboarding, employee support, benefits administration, and HR operations.

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and provide exceptional internal customer service
    • Support the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer documentation
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive employee experience
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
    • Assist with employee benefits administration, enrollments, and leave requests
    • Support performance review and employee engagement initiatives
    • Partner with Payroll by communicating employee status changes, time off, pay changes, and other personnel updates
    • Maintain HR reports, databases, and tracking systems
    • Assist with employee events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
    • Support special HR projects and recommend process improvements

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
    • 3+ years of Human Resources or HR administrative experience preferred
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish
    • Knowledge of California employment laws is a plus
    • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office required
    • Sage experience is a plus
    • PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
    • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
