Qualifications:Human Resources experience required.New Jersey public school experience preferred.College degree, Human Resources certification, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.Excellent computer and technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications, Google Workspace, Human Resources information systems, and other electronic data management applications.Effective oral and written communication skills.Working knowledge of employment practices, personnel procedures, and applicable employment laws preferred.Experience with employee onboarding, personnel records, and Human Resources programs preferred.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive personnel matters.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and follow through on assigned responsibilities.Ability to identify and resolve routine problems in a timely manner and appropriately refer matters requiring interpretation, authorization, or decision-making to the Director of Human Resources.Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.Working Conditions: Full time, 12 month position, with benefits.
