Job Requirements Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing this position is responsible formanaging conferences and group events contracted through the sales department. The Conference Services Manager details and managesthe overall conferencefunctions ensuring client satisfaction by successfully meeting conference goals.RESPONSIBILITIESCompletes BEOs for all group banquet functions & meeting rooms.Up-sells whenever possible through suggestive selling to the group leader.Provides banquet menu information and package information to the guest.Assist the banquet staff as required to meet our guests needs.Attends all special familiarization tours and special outings as requested by the Director of Sales.Responsible for Food and Beverage forecast of events booked.
