Responsibilities include managing daily operations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with campus departments, administering reservation systems, and providing crisis response and emergency support.
They develop policies, train staff, manage guest check-in/out, inventory, and payments, and lead marketing efforts to attract conferences.
The role involves outreach, proposal development, social media management, and continuous program assessment.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with preferred backgrounds in hospitality, event planning, and supervision.
Additional duties involve ensuring compliance with safety, security, and confidentiality standards, handling multiple priorities, and fostering customer relations.
The position requires on-call availability, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
