    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced

    Cone Debone Supervisor

    to lead daily production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products are processed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards while achieving production goals. The supervisor will provide hands-on leadership, manage frontline production teams, and drive operational performance through effective staffing, workflow management, and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    Production Leadership

    Lead daily production activities to ensure production schedules are met.

    Ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow throughout the shift.

    Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

    Quality

    Food Safety

    Monitor product quality, packaging standards, and production processes.

    Ensure compliance with HACCP, USDA regulations, and food safety requirements.

    Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

    Operational Performance

    Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including productivity, labor efficiency, cost per pound, and product quality.

    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

    Team Leadership

    Administration

    Coach, develop, and motivate production associates.

    Enforce company policies related to safety, attendance, and performance.

    Manage employee scheduling, timekeeping, and training compliance using workforce management systems.

    Qualifications

    Required

    High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Minimum of

    3 years of supervisory experience

    in a fast-paced, labor-intensive manufacturing environment.

    Experience in poultry, meat processing, food manufacturing, or similar high-volume production operations.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Ability to work in a cold, wet production environment.

    Willingness to work

    night shift .

    Preferred

    Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

    Knowledge of HACCP, USDA regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety programs.

    Experience with workforce management systems such as Kronos or Oracle HCM.
