General Function
The Conduct Coordinator is responsible for administering and managing the student conduct process in accordance with college policies, state regulations, and federal guidelines. This role investigates, documents, and resolves student conduct cases while ensuring fairness, due process, and compliance. The coordinator also provides educational programming, training, and support to students, faculty, and staff to promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful campus community.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assists the Senior Coordinator with maintaining and updating the database in Maxient and runs reports as directed.
Communicate with students, staff, and faculty in a timely manner.
Assists with conducting investigations.
Conducts background checks.
Assists with grade appeals.
Supports the Senior Coordinator with Care Team meetings.
Conduct classroom management sessions for faculty.
Provide faculty and staff training on policies and procedures.
Represent the college at professional conferences.
Update and maintain the Student Conduct website and forms
Other duties as assigned.
