Concur Project Consultant

Our client is seeking a Concur Project Consultant to troubleshoot invoice OCR and routing issues, improve system functionality, and recommend process improvements for the AP team. Salary is $120-$155k, DOE

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Established organization with a collaborative corporate and regional finance structure
Opportunity to take ownership of a high-priority Concur optimization project
Work directly with internal AP leadership and Concur to diagnose and resolve system issues
Approximately 30-day project focused on solving immediate challenges and improving the AP process
This project can be 100% remote for the Concur Project Consultant
High-impact opportunity to provide recommendations that can improve invoice processing well beyond the project

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONCUR PROJECT CONSULTANT:

The Concur Project Consultant will troubleshoot OCR issues preventing invoices and statements from being accurately read and routed
Work directly with Concur to identify root causes, resolve configuration or workflow issues, and determine whether corrections can address existing invoices
Review current and invoicing processes and recommend opportunities to better utilize Concur as Concur Project Consultant
Provide guidance on invoice routing, workflow efficiency, and process improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CONCUR PROJECT CONSULTANT:

Extensive hands-on Concur experience and strong understanding of AP processes
Experience with AP or financial systems implementations required, preferably Concur
Concur OCR, invoice workflow, or system troubleshooting experience strongly preferred

Salary is $120-$155k, DOE
