## Responsibilities

Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specifications.
Set up and dismantle forms for concrete structures.
Ensure proper curing and finishing of concrete surfaces.
Operate various tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Perform repairs and maintenance on existing concrete structures.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role.
Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
