Step into a day on our Martinsburg team
At our Martinsburg, WV 25405 facility, you’ll start your shift reviewing specifications for upcoming orders, selecting the right mix design, and prepping materials. From there, you’ll move to the production floor to restore and finish concrete surfaces so each product meets our standards for strength, appearance, and longevity. You’ll coordinate with teammates, operate tools with care, and keep your area spotless and safe.
Your impact
- Batch and blend concrete materials to match job specifications.
- Patch, repair, and finish concrete surfaces to a smooth, uniform result.
- Evaluate surfaces for wear, cracking, or damage and determine the right fix.
- Use hand and power tools responsibly and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Work closely with teammates to hit production targets and timelines.
- Help with routine care of tools and equipment.
- Flag concerns early and report issues promptly to your supervisor.
What helps you succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in concrete patching, repair, or a related trade is a plus.
- Comfort reading technical documents and interpreting blueprints.
- Meticulous attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina, including lifting and moving heavy materials.
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn new techniques and processes.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
