Concrete Superintendent Opportunity

Opportunity to work with one of the largest concrete subcontractors in Florida!

Looking for Superintendents with concrete construction experience.

We are partnering with a reputable and growing specialty concrete and shell contractor with a strong presence in the South Florida market. The company specializes in structural concrete, building shell construction, foundations, slabs, elevated decks, cast-in-place concrete, and site coordination on large-scale commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments. Job Description

Manage and supervise concrete construction activities on-site.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
Oversee material and resource allocation for concrete operations.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively.
Maintain detailed records of daily activities and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

Experience managing concrete construction projects.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
