    Key Responsibilities:

    - Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

    - Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely and successful completion of projects

    - Supervise a team of concrete workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

    - Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees

    - Maintain accurate project records and documentation

    - Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

    - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

    Qualifications:

    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with a strong understanding of all aspects of the process
