Concrete Superintendent

Job Description
- Manage all on-site concrete construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and construction teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on-site.
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Concrete Superintendent should have:
- Superintendent experience on vertical concrete structures of 6+ stories
- Background with a top ENR-ranked concrete contractor
- Strong tenure and stable career progression
- Experience using Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
