Concrete Repair & Finishing Craftsperson

Staffworks Group is assembling a crew in Burlington, VT to rebuild, reinforce, and protect concrete structures that communities rely on—parking decks, bridges, facilities, and more.

Pay: $26-28.00/hr.

The mission

Restore integrity where it’s worn, replace what’s failing, and leave every surface stronger than before. If you’re driven by quality craftsmanship and teamwork, this is your lane.

Core responsibilities

• Repair deteriorated concrete and prepare surfaces
• Perform concrete demolition safely and efficiently
• Place, finish, and cure new concrete to spec
• Install strengthening systems for structural performance
• Build and strip formwork; handle jobsite carpentry
• Replace and install reinforcing steel (rebar)
• Apply professional-grade caulking
• Install and seal expansion joints
• Apply protective and restorative coatings
• Execute Carbon Fiber installation to reinforce members

What’s non‑negotiable

• MUST be willing to wear a respirator and submit to a respirator fit test prior to starting.
• MUST have OSHA 10 certification.

Experience that fits

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Concrete installation & finishing experience
• Proficiency with concrete demo
• Skilled in concrete pouring
• Rebar installation capabilities
• Background as a construction laborer on active sites
