Our client is a Concrete focused Subcontractor experiencing rapid growth in South Florida. Team members are valued beyond the projects, which contributes to the strong company culture. Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team who will grow within the company.
Run construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee estimating, change management, procurement, submittals, RFIs, and document control. Coordinate and communicate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and lead project status meetings. Maintain compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and company standards. Identify and resolve constructability, operational, and project execution challenges. Prepare and deliver regular project status and performance reports. Support multiple project functions as needed and travel to project sites when required.

The successful applicant will have 5-7 year of experience in shell and concrete construction. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field is recommended. A team player with a positive and driven attitude. Has interest to estimate change orders, pay apps, etc. but does not need to be able to bid projects from scratch. Strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to work in a fast paced work environment. Desire to further career as a Project Manager. OSHA certified.
