Concrete Project Manager

Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Michigan and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. Family Owned, Self Perform Contractor with 99+ Years of Business in Metro DetroiConcrete Construction, Earthwork, Excavation, and Underground Utilities Must Have:

• Managing self-perform concrete construction projects from $500K-$2M
• Delivering on time and within budge projects for clients
• Create and maintain the master schedule
• Assist in preconstruction planning
• Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
• Work alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects

Must Have:

- Highschool diploma

- 3+ years minimum as a Project Manager

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in concrete construction

- Ability to run projects on their own and own 5-7 projects at a time

- Financial management skills to stay on top of deadlines and budgets

Nice to have:

- Bachelors degree in a construction element is ideal

- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager

- Specifically structural concrete, framework, finishing etc.

• Base salary: $120-150K, based upon experience
