Project Manager

Our client is a reputable concrete construction contractor specializing in structural concrete, foundations, flatwork, paving, and commercial concrete construction projects throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and project execution, the company continues to grow and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support its expanding workload.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously.
Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, schedules, and forecasting.
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved.
Track material procurement, deliveries, and manpower requirements.
Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Support field operations and work closely with Superintendents to resolve project challenges.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and profitability.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer within concrete or commercial construction.
Experience with structural concrete, foundations, flatwork, paving, or sitework projects.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
