Concrete Patcher Worker

Pay Range: $21-23/hr. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, skills

 

Northeast Precast is seeking a detail-oriented Precast Concrete Patcher / Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for patching, repairing, and finishing

precast concrete products to ensure they meet company quality and appearance standards.

· Patch and repair surface imperfections, chips, voids, cracks, and other defects in precast concrete products.

· Perform cosmetic and structural concrete repairs to meet company quality standards.

· Use hand tools, grinders, saws, trowels, and other equipment safely and effectively.

· Match texture, color, and finish requirements on repaired concrete surfaces.

· Follow repair procedures, production schedules, and workplace safety standards.

· Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Work collaboratively with production, quality, and supervisory teams.

 

· Experience in concrete finishing, masonry, patching, or related construction trades preferred.

· Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Ability to lift, bend, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

· Manufacturing or precast concrete experience is a plus.

 

This position works in a manufacturing and production environment and may require exposure to dust, noise, changing temperatures, and heavy equipment. Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times.
