Join our production team in Villa Rica, GA 30180, where you’ll help get high‑quality concrete products out the door. As a Concrete Packaging Line Operator, you’ll keep the bagging line running smoothly, protect product quality, and support efficient shipping.

A Day in This Role

• Set up and run automated bagging equipment to package concrete mixes with accuracy and speed.
• Keep a close eye on the line to maintain quality standards, making adjustments as needed.
• Examine finished bags for defects and confirm secure seals before palletizing.
• Keep your station clean and orderly while following all safety procedures.
• Stage and help load finished, bagged product onto pallets for shipment.
• Work closely with teammates to hit production targets and timelines.
• Flag equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors right away.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus.
• Comfort operating machinery and consistently following safety rules.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
