About the Role:
Ruach Resources is hiring a Class B CDL driver to deliver ready-mix concrete from our Williston plant to job sites across the area, from home foundations to commercial projects. You'll drive front-discharge mixers, including brand-new Oshkosh S-Series trucks, with 5 more arriving in 2027. Front-discharge means you drive right up to the pour and control the chute from the cab, which is safer, faster, and easier on you. Never driven one? We'll train you.

How We Work:
Ready-mix doesn't wait. A pour depends on the truck showing up on time, and our customers count on us. We need drivers who take pride in being dependable, treat customers right, and back each other up when the day gets busy.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver ready-mix concrete safely and on time
• Work with dispatch, contractors, and finishers on site
• Wash out and keep your truck clean
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues to the shop
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures

What You Need:

• Class B CDL with a clean driving record
• Able to work 50–60 hours per week
• Ready-mix experience a plus, but not required
• Reliable, safe, and good with customers
• Have a Class A? Even better. Our Class A drivers are cross-trained on side dumps for year-round hours.
