    Location
    Ault, CO – On-site, Full-Time
    Position Overview
    The Concrete Mixer Assembly Technician will play a key role on our production floor, assembling and installing the primary components of our volumetric mixer machines. This hands-on position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility for quality and safety. You will be assembling core components that directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall performance of our machines.
    Key Responsibilities
    · Assemble and install key mixer components, sub-assemblies, and full volumetric mixer machines per work orders
    · Verify part quantities pulled for weekly sub-assembly and assembly orders
    · Complete electrical testing of finished mixer machines in the assembly bay
    · Support electrical troubleshooting with guidance from Warranty/Quality team
    · Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times
    · Operate a forklift as needed to move and re-stock sub-assemblies
    · Sign off on quality checklists for each completed build
    · Fulfill in-house sales orders to meet customer delivery timelines
    · Meet productivity expectations: 1 to 1.5 completed assemblies per week
     
    Qualifications
    Required
    · High school diploma or equivalent
    · Valid driver’s license
    · Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery
    · Ability to follow assembly instructions and quality standards
    · Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
     
    Preferred
    · Experience in manufacturing or equipment assembly
    · Forklift certification or experience
    · Basic understanding of 12V electrical systems
     
    Working Conditions
    · Manufacturing shop environment
