We are currently hiring 5+ Concrete Laborers / Technicians to join our growing team performing concrete repair and restoration work.

These positions will primarily work throughout Colorado to start, with opportunities and required travel to projects across multiple states. This is a great opportunity for dependable construction professionals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to grow their skills in concrete repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete repair, restoration, and general construction work
• Assist with demolition, surface preparation, patching, forming, and finishing
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist experienced technicians with various concrete repair applications
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and supervisor direction
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Travel to out-of-state projects as needed

Travel Requirements

Work will begin primarily in Colorado, but candidates must be willing and able to travel out of state for projects.

Potential work locations include:

Colorado | Utah | Wyoming | Montana | Texas | North Dakota | South Dakota

Travel may require extended stays depending on project needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction experience required
• Concrete experience preferred
• Concrete repair or restoration experience is a strong plus
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be willing to travel extensively
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding work
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew

Compensation

$20–$25/hour DOE
