Description
We are seeking dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborers to assist with the production of precast concrete products. Candidates will perform hands-on labor in a manufacturing environment, helping prepare molds, pour and finish concrete, and maintain a safe and organized work area. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and clean molds and forms before concrete is poured.
Assist with pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing concrete.
Remove excess concrete and clean equipment, tools, and work areas.
Assist with stripping, moving, and handling precast concrete products.
Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors and production team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous concrete, construction, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not always required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
Comfortable working around concrete, dust, machinery, and industrial equipment.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a team
