Concrete, Inc. of St. Cloud, MN is looking to hire a full-time Concrete Laborer and Finisher.Our commercial concrete Services include but not limited to: footings, foundations, insulated concrete forms, renewable energy and more. Responsibilities:-site preparation and set up, grading and form work-Prepare and set forms for concrete pours-Pouring, smoothing and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed-operate a variety of hand and power tools-footings and foundations for commercial structuresQUALIFICATIONS:Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbsDetail oriented; must make sure completed work is of the highest qualityPhysical capability to do physical tasks associated with the construction industryMust be a reliable team member, safety oriented and willing to learnA love for working outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in concrete finishing required Pay: $30-$35 per hour based on experience Benefits: Health Insurance(employee premium 100% company paid), other optional insurance(employee paid)-dental, health savings account, short term disability & accident insurance, 401K with company match, paid time off, per diem and company paid hotel if overnight travel.
