Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our poured wall team. In this role, you will assist with the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete foundation walls for residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a fast-paced construction team.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare job sites by digging, grading, and setting up forms
• Assist in building, bracing, and stripping concrete wall forms
• Support the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Qualifications:
• Previous construction or concrete experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing)
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well with a team and follow directions
Schedule & Pay:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
