Job Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on-site.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Foundation Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
