Responsibilities:

• Set up and install concrete forms for various construction projects.
• Set Points for from
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure all forms are secure and aligned to specifications.
• Pour concrete, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot formwork issues as they arise.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a concrete form setter.
• Form Assembly: Measure, cut, shape and assemble formwork for various concrete elements (cubs, sidewalk, streets, slabs)
• Set forms, ensuring they are aligned and at correct elevations, slops, based, plumb and squared, using tools like levels, measuring tape, string laser and grade pins.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Knowledge of safety practices in construction.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
