    Role Summary



    As a Concrete Foreman, you will serve as the primary supervisor for all concrete-related activities on heavy civil and bridge construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing crew members, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety protocols, and serving as the key liaison between project management and field personnel. This position demands strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make critical decisions in fast-paced construction environments.



    Key Responsibilities



    Crew Leadership & Management



    • Supervise and direct concrete crews ranging from 5-20 workers on heavy civil and bridge construction projects
    • Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to crew members based on project requirements and individual skill sets
    • Conduct daily crew briefings to communicate project objectives, safety requirements, and schedule expectations
    • Mentor and train less experienced workers in proper concrete placement techniques and safety procedures
    • Monitor crew performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure productivity and quality standards
    • Resolve conflicts and maintain positive working relationships among team members
