Concrete Foreman

Location: Columbus, OH

Our client is a leading concrete construction firm in Columbus, OH. They have an immediate need for a Concrete Foreman in their commercial division.

Responsibilities Include:

• Fully responsible for safely and productively completing foundations on assigned projects.
• Supervise the work of crew members responsible for laying out, excavating, setting anchor bolts, tie rebar, preparing, placing, finishing and curing concrete.
• Run a safe job site, responsible for the safety of crew members.
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members.
• Coordinating with inspectors and general contractor.
• Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a concrete foreman
• Ability to read plans and perform layout
• Set grades
• Measuring for concrete
• Set anchor bolts
• Familiar with excavation
• Excellent management, organization and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to lead and supervise
