    Employment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryThe Concrete Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating concrete crews on construction projects. This position ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
    • Supervise and direct concrete crews and subcontractors on job sites. 
    • Coordinate daily concrete activities, including forming, grading, placing, finishing, and curing. 
    • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and layout information. 
    • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and other trades. 
    • Ensure proper preparation of work areas before concrete placement. 
    • Monitor concrete pours and ensure proper placement, finishing, and curing. 
    • Verify elevations, grades, dimensions, and layout. 
    • Operate or oversee the use of concrete-related tools and equipment. 
    • Maintain productivity and keep projects on schedule. 
    • Ensure employees follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements. 
    • Conduct or participate in daily safety meetings and job hazard assessments. 
    • Inspect completed work for quality and address deficiencies. 
    • Track labor, materials, equipment, and daily production. 
    • Communicate project issues, delays, and material needs to management. 
    • Train, coach, and provide direction to crew members. 
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
    Qualifications
    • 3–5+ years of concrete construction experience, with previous foreman or lead experience preferred. 
    • Strong knowledge of concrete forming, reinforcement, placement, and finishing. 
    • Ability to read construction plans and blueprints. 
    • Knowledge of job-site safety requirements and OSHA standards. 
    • Ability to lead and motivate a crew. 
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
    • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. 
    • Ability to lift, carry, and handle construction materials and equipment. 
    • Valid driver's license preferred. 
    Preferred ExperienceExperience with:
    • Commercial and/or industrial concrete
