    We’re partnering with a fast-growing construction organization to hire a full-time Concrete Flatwork Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a skilled crew, oversee daily operations, and ensure projects are completed with top-tier quality and efficiency.     What You'll be Doing:

    • Leading and supporting a concrete flatwork crew on residential and commercial projects
    • Reviewing blueprints, job specifications, and local flatwork codes
    • Monitoring quality, jobsite safety, and proper care of tools, equipment, and vehicles
    • Coordinating project details, ensuring crews have accurate and timely information
    • Communicating professionally with engineers, architects, homeowners, and internal teams
    • Overseeing timecards and job-related paperwork for accuracy and completion
    • Helping enforce company standards, policies, and expectations
    • Troubleshooting issues, solving problems quickly, and keeping projects on track
    • Promoting a positive, respectful, and team-driven jobsite environment

    Who We're Looking For:

    • 5+ years of concrete flatwork experience (supervisory experience strongly preferred)
    • Ability to read and interpret commercial and residential blueprints
    • Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, coach, and set expectations professionally
    • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
    • Confident working with customers and project partners in a courteous, solutions-focused manner
    • Able to travel as needed
    • Must meet standard employment requirements:
      1. Valid driver’s license
      2. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test
      3. Eligible for (or already have) a DOT medical card
      4. Required basic tools (hammer, tape, nail apron, boots, etc.)
