    Description

    We’re partnering with a growing concrete construction company in West Fargo to hire an experienced Concrete Flatwork Foreman. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows concrete work inside and out and can lead a crew with professionalism, accountability, and strong communication. If you’re someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, keeps projects moving efficiently, and knows how to motivate a team the right way, we want to hear from you.

    What You'll be Doing:

    • Lead and oversee concrete flatwork crews on commercial and residential projects
    • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and production standards
    • Coordinate daily crew activities, materials, equipment, concrete pours, pumps, and inspections
    • Make sure tools, trailers, vehicles, and jobsites stay organized and job-ready
    • Monitor crew productivity and communicate performance feedback to leadership
    • Ensure employees are clocked into the correct jobs and moving efficiently between sites
    • Plan ahead to ensure materials, equipment, batteries, and tools are ready for the next day
    • Help maintain schedules while minimizing delays and unnecessary trips
    • Lead by example while mentoring and developing crew members

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Previous experience leading concrete flatwork crews required
    • Strong knowledge of flatwork processes, site prep, finishing, and concrete operations
    • Ability to problem solve quickly and communicate effectively under pressure
    • Someone who motivates through leadership and respect — not yelling or intimidation
    • Strong understanding of safety standards and quality expectations
    • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple moving parts on active jobsites
    • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to work safely at all times
    • Ability to work hands-on alongside the crew when needed
