We have a current need to add a Concrete Finisher Foreman to our team.  This position will be based out of our Cincinnati region but will travel between Cincinnati. Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis, Lexington, and Louisville. 

What You Will Do: 

• Lead flatwork concrete crew; mainly the pump, place and finish crews that install large concrete slabs, sidewalks, concrete paving, mechanical pads, and stairs. 

• Must have experience installing 10,000+ square foot slabs; hard trowel finish, broom finish, and curing. 

• Responsible for leading a crew of 10-15 laborers. 

What You Will Bring: 

• High School diploma or equivalent 

• 10+ years of experience in concrete work. 

• Leadership/supervisory experience 

• Quality driven, with a customer service focused mindset 

• Experience with effective pump/placing/vibrating concrete 

• ACI Certification-Current or expired 

• Proven quality installation and knowledge with ACI tolerances along with FF/FL performance. 

• Clean driving record required
