Description
A growing construction company in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to join its team in Fort Myers, FL. This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-end custom residential and commercial concrete projects where precision, craftsmanship, and accurate preconstruction planning are essential. You’ll help develop competitive bids and detailed scopes while supporting projects from preconstruction through handoff.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of concrete estimating experience with custom residential and commercial projects
- Strong Bluebeam proficiency for plan review and quantity takeoffs
- Prepare detailed takeoffs and estimates, including supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Develop bids, proposals, scopes of work, exclusions, and risk reviews
- Support change orders and pricing updates as projects evolve
- Coordinate project handoff with project management and field teams
- Knowledge of the Southwest Florida construction market preferred
- Tilt-up concrete experience is a plus
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
