Job Description: Precise Contractors is looking to hire experienced concrete cutter/coring technicians. Prefer 1-5 years experience performing this kind of work. The position is in the San Antonio, Texas area. Job Duties: - Core Drilling: setting anchors, choosing the bit, holding depth and diameter.
- Concrete Chainsaw Cutting: for walls, openings, and deep or square-corner cuts.
- Ring Saw Cutting: for walls, blocks, and tight areas.
- Walk-behind Saw Cutting: (flat/slab saw) for slabs, floors, and pavement.
- Quickie Saw (Cut-off Saw) Cutting: Concrete, block, and pavers.
- Pouring Concrete: forming, placing, and finishing.
- Wall saw and hand saw cutting.
- Hammer drilling and chipping.
- Job setup and layout, slurry control, and wet/dry-vac cleanup.
- Loading and unloading equipment, plus basic upkeep of saws, blades, chains, and core rigs.
- Filling out daily work logs and JHAs.
- Following PPE rules, silica control, and tie-off when working at height.
- Capable of working in the elements (High Summer Temperatures and Cold Winter Temperatures for long shifts)
- Other duties as assigned.
