    Description

    $21.02 - $29.32 Hourly Rate (Based on years of experience). With bonus opportunities. 

    Westminster Place | Full Time | Community Life Department | 8:00am - 4:00pm | 5 Days a week

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain an exceptional arrival and welcome experience for residents, families, guests, vendors, and prospective residents. 
    • Build positive relationships with residents and families while maintaining confidentiality, professional boundaries, and resident dignity. 
    • Provide service recovery support by addressing concerns, coordinating resolutions, documenting issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.  
    • Oversee all day-to-day operations, staffing, and efficiencies at Concierge stations. 
    • Answer and appropriately route all incoming telephone calls. 
    • Offer general information, directions, and assistance to residents, visitors, staff. 
    • Inventory and coordinate resource materials used by the staff at concierge desks. 
    • Manage package receipt and distribution, dry-cleaning coordination, lost-and-found procedures, resident directories, key control, and mail-related services.  
    • Record donations to the Geneva Program. 
    • Screen visitors; requests that visitors sign registration book; notifies residents of guests' arrival. 
    • Notify Public Safety staff if there is an emergency.  
    • Hire, onboard, train, coach and supervise the Concierge team. 
    • Promote teamwork, accountability, cross-functional collaboration among the staff. 
    • Develop, review, refresh, training procedures, resource guides, service protocols. 
                           
                             

                               Qualifications & Skills

                              • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, hospitality, concierge, resident services, or guest services experience.  
                              • Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.  
                              • Experience working with older adults, senior living communities, healthcare environments, customer-focused service organizations preferred. 
                              • High School diploma or GED required.  
                              • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, communications, gerontology, human services, or a related field preferred.
