We are seeking a professional, courteous, and reliable Concierge Shuttle Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation for guests, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service while maintaining a high standard of safety, professionalism, and punctuality.
Salary Range: $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Drive company shuttle vehicles safely and professionally.
Transport guests, residents, employees, and visitors to assigned destinations.
Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming experience.
Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings when needed.
Follow scheduled routes and maintain punctual pickup and drop-off times.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
Keep the shuttle clean, organized, and in good condition.
Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate mileage, trip, and vehicle inspection records.
Communicate effectively with the concierge, front desk, and management team.
Provide directions and basic information about local destinations when requested.
Handle passenger requests and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist with other concierge and transportation duties as assigned.
.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience preferred.
Previous hotel, concierge, shuttle, chauffeur, or customer-service experience preferred.
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to safely operate a shuttle vehicle and assist passengers as needed.
Must be comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to pass a background check and driving-record verification.
Must be willing to comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle guest requests and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
