Overview:
The Concierge is responsible for the efficient operation of the Concierge Desk and lobby while maintaining professional standards in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing and Human Rights statutes. This role, under the direction of the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, ensures the delivery of exceptional service to residents, guests, and vendors.

Service Request Management
Package & Delivery Management
Building Operations & Administrative Duties
Maintain and update required logbooks, including:
Elevator Log Book
Moving/Delivery Log Book
Vendor Log Book
Daily Log Book
Incident Reports & Workman's Compensation Documentation
Ensure all email correspondence received during the shift is acknowledged and addressed.
Assist with coordination of move-ins and move-outs, confirming schedules and managing elevator access.
Follow emergency response procedures as outlined in company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk, package room, and common areas.
