Position Overview

At The Plaza, our Concierge is the face of our community and the first impression for all visitors. This role is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, managing front-desk communications, and supporting our marketing and sales efforts to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for potential residents and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet potential residents, families, and visitors to set a positive for the The Plaza community.
  • Manage internal and external calls, take accurate messages, and provide community information to support sales and marketing inquiries.
  • Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments are stocked, music is playing, and the space remains clean and welcoming.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to maintain smooth front-desk operations.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
  • You must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organized record keeper
  • Proficiency in computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications
