Join our Guest Services team as a Concierge at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas, a premier luxury destination in the heart of Greater Palm Springs. Surrounded by the stunning desert landscape of Indian Wells, Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas is redefining luxury hospitality and creating exceptional experiences for guests. As a Concierge, you will play an integral role in delivering personalized service and memorable experiences that reflect the resort's commitment to excellence.

Concierges are responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed reservations or recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.

The pay rate for this position is $19.00-$21.00 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
