Assist Retail Food operations by providing exceptional customer service and processing customer sales through our POS systems.
This is a student Level A position paying $14.50 per hour.
Core Responsibilities
Accurately process food and beverage sales using cash registers, scanners, or wireless equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout our campus locations.
Work closely with student cashiers throughout the academic year. This will require training others on our POS machines and enforcing all cashier policies and procedures
Assists in food production work including food prep and grab and go production. This will require proper use of kitchen equipment.
Ensure the highest standards in sanitary FOH procedures, condiment, coffee stations, tables, floors and trash storage are clean and always maintained.
Always Cleaning work areas, including counters, floors, dishes, and related equipment and ensures they are in proper sanitary condition.
Observe proper food storage and handling procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
Ensure that food and beverages are properly and safely served. Some locations will require Serve safe certification.
