Proof of the Pudding is hiring a Concessions Manager to oversee food and beverage operations at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Location: Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden Dallas, TX
Oversee daily concession operations, including opening and closing.
Lead, schedule, and supervise concession staff.
Maintain food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, deliveries, and product availability.
Monitor labor costs, food waste, and operational expenses.
Oversee POS systems, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance.
Coordinate concession operations for special events and seasonal programs.
Assist with daily operations and resolve guest concerns as needed.
5+ years of food and beverage management experience required.
Degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field required.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Experience managing inventory, budgets, and labor costs.
Knowledge of POS systems; Square experience preferred.
Hands-on, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors and lift up to 30 lbs.
